Wrestlers attend a clinic at Dungeon Training Center

Although the varsity tournament was cancelled, several wrestlers visited Dungeon Training Center in Hanover to attend a clinic taught by Russ Lindsey.  Dungeon is known for training some of the best wrestlers in the state.  By the end of the evening, the Red Raiders were soaked in sweat, but they got a great workout and learned some basic takedowns and defensive maneuvers.
