Today, the Red Hawks competed in the Cape Cod Invitational Wrestling Tournament at Sandwich High School. It was great to be back in action after a week-long athletics shut-down at BHS. As a team, Barnstable placed sixth. Nate Ryan placed first at 113 lbs. Brandon Shull (132 lbs.) and Josh Stanley (152 lbs.) each placed third, while Marco Simonelli (106 lbs.) and Greg Richard (113 lbs.) placed fourth in their weight classes. This week, Barnstable will host New Bedford at the first dual meet of the season.
